Lets flip the script! What if higher skilled movements were exciting to strive for instead of being movements that stopped you in your tracks from joining a functional fitness program? One thing I love as a coach is seeing athletes start as a beginner and grow into an athlete that can efficiently perform higher skilled movements, and they do so at THEIR OWN PACE! There is no pressure on achieving skills in a certain time frame.

Here ironknight_gym and the.fitnessmethod , our functional fitness programs are for athletes of ALL skill levels. No matter the workout, there is a way to modify it for anyone who walks in our doors.

Even if you are brand new to fitness and have never hung from a pull-up bar before, no problem, lets start you at ring pull-ups or ring rows; not quite comfortable with squatting a barbell, no problem, let’s start you off with a PVC Pipe and ease you into a barbell, or have you squat to a box.

Functional fitness is for EVERYONE! We coach athletes right where they’re at and watch them grow and get stronger along with the rest of the community who are all striving to attain the next level and supporting their gym-mates along the way.

Come checkout a class, I promise you will be hooked! Stop Fearing, Starting is the first step…
