Can we go back to last Wednesday when jtallant2014 and I dropped in to riseweightlifting_wg for the night while Jared was in Orlando!?

It was so nice to be back together. And we even had our coach, coach_rebeca on FaceTime keeping up in-line & not letting us get away with too many reunion shenanigans ;). Wish we could have had her with us in person, but man it felt like old times with the three of us in a training session together!

And my jerks felt SOLID last week too! They still need work, but we had some good moments.

It was a short-lived visit, but man we had some fun while it lasted last week. We may live states apart now, but we will be #BuiltByRebeca and #TeammatesForever ! 💪🏼

Thanks again to riseathletics_wg for the hospitality as always. We’re grateful for our home away from home gym fam! 🏋🏻‍♀️
