Couldn’t let beckyreaver have the top of the leaderboard all to herself on this one. 🤪

But in seriousness, really happy with how I felt on tonight’s “Bella Complex.” Hit this complex for my 93% CJ & then hit my current max twice for the front end CJ & on one set a front squat as well, just missing the last (second) jerk on one of my attempts. But super stoked to be moving my max for a complex… And this was my third session of the day after a two-hour evening full training session. So fired up for States in May right now!!! Felt SO SOLID under the bar today! My adrenaline was pumping, I was fueled right. Felt so good!

2-a-days this cycle are paying off BIG TIME! Love having the opportunity right now to be a full-time athlete under Rebeca Stephenson’s training & guidance!
