We are so excited about the launch of our new Youth Strength & Performance program that will be starting here at Tradition Fitness THIS TUESDAY!! There are still spots open In our first kickoff session.

This program will be led by CFT & Tradition Barbell Coach Marcos Reina 🏋️

Here’s a few things this program would give your child: ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

💥 A Solid baseline of strength / conditioning.
💥 Stay in shape for sports in the on and off season.
💥 Learn to train properly through quality movement and fundamental practices.
💥 Learn to work with a team through exercise.

It’s also worth mentioning this is not a one and done 6 week cycle…. We’re looking to make this a regular ongoing program with the intention of it growing even further. 💪
