Jumped in on today’s crossfittradition class after training & it was well worth it. FINALLY PR’d by Behind the Neck Split Jerk at 155# (70kg) [BW 54kg] to cap off a great week of training! I’ve been chasing 70kgs & today we finally got it! So stoked with this! Next goal - 75kgs!
