Today was a HUGE breakthrough day for our Clean & Jerks! I performed some of the BEST cleans I have ever done in my years of lifting! There was excitement today, a lot of hugging, Rebeca (dannys_brunette ) had goosebumps, I shed some tears of happiness… It was a really, really good training day!

We’ve been WAITING for a day like today. My focus has been at a whole new level this cycle. Today was a reminder that even when the training sessions get hard to keep persevering & that one day there will be breakthrough. I moved my cleans the best I ever have today.

It’s only up from here! A whole different lifter is showing up to thepraelium in August! 🔥🔥💪🏻 I’ve got a huge fire under me right now. I’m stoked for the rest of this week & this cycle! LETS GO!!!
