To say I’m ECSTATIC with how my snatches felt yesterday is a huge understatement. 😃😭 Especially with a pause at mid-hang. Sure I got buried by 50 on the second rep, but to even hit that with a pause for a single was a HUGE Win that we were both excited about!

And my Snatches this cycle as a whole have been starting to make a lot more forward progress this cycle as well, especially with how we’re moving the barbell right now. I even surprised Rebeca with how well I moved with a pause yesterday. 🙌🏻🤪 Finally feeling like I might be breaking through on them. Really hoping we can keep this momentum leading up to States next month!

And we’re sitting at the lowest Bodyweight we’ve been at in a while, and still making progress on our OLY Lifts.
