Today was a session that had its ups & downs, but was one I fought through mentally & conquered & really liked. Though we had some misses, Today I moved the barbell so well & was the most patient I’ve ever been on hang cleans & getting to my power position on cleans. We found cues that really clicked today & had a lot of good success in this complex today! 🙌🏻💪🏻

On another note, Pause Jerks after 2 hang cleans is brutal! 🤣

I love sessions when things finally click! ❤️😭
