Some snatches & CJ’s from this weekend’s training.

Though my snatches might not be going how I want them too right now, we’re moving the barbell well & I have to remember, all athletes go through slumps. I know we’ll eventually get through it & come out stronger physically & mentally on the other side.. Trying to stay focused & positive as we approach our next meet in a couple weeks.
