FINALLY had one of my BEST Snatch days I’ve had in a couple months! My body felt good today, my mind was right, and I was moving very consistently today... I needed today. My snatches have been so mental & Today I had no misses through my 94%. Today boosted my confidence. Today reminded me that bad days happen & that they don’t define who we are as athletes. We made corrections this last week & had one of our best snatch days to date today!

Thank you as always to dannys_brunette for keeping my head in the game & for the encouragement & compliments today. Thank you for never giving up on me & not letting me give up on myself.

Today was a great start to our training week! Looking forward to the rest of the week & letting today’s momentum fuel the rest of the week.
