When you trust the process & trust your coach, and listen & do what they say, results happen.

The goal for today was a heavy double Snatch Balance. We ended up hitting our old Max of 63kg for that double & hit a single at 65kg for a 2kg PR!

My first attempt at 65 felt like the longest I’ve ever fought a rep & I lost it right at the top. My second attempt at it I smashed it! We went for a double at 65, but it didn’t go. Super stoked though about hitting 63 for a double & 65 for a new PR!

Really solid training day with dannys_brunette .
