AHS takes the decline of Monarch butterflies quite seriously and is pleased to hear of the Department of the Interior’s big step forward to help these beauties. The Interior Department has set aside a $1 million grant to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation’s Monarch Butterfly and Pollinators Conservation Fund for the creation of the Pollinator Conservation Center, which will amplify the conservation efforts to address and reverse the recent decline of pollinators, including monarch butterflies.
