Did you know that I now offer Strongman programming through Strongman Academy? I've been asked for years (and years) to help people with their programming. Honestly, my biggest qualm with doing this was that me saying "do yoke runs" (or whatever other exercise/event) didn't provide enough guidance and coaching that I could be sure it was worthwhile. However, I've now built a platform through Strongman-Academy.com to provide numerous detailed videos on how to do particular warm ups, events, etc. that when I offer programming, I'm also providing detailed instruction on how to actually do it. And on top of that, I also give you a thorough video explaining the monthly program, possible modifications due to lack of equipment and tips for getting the most out of the program. I'm truly excited to finally have an avenue to start giving back to the sport that has given so much to me.
