Getting in some work last night with the power squat! Having a lot of fun and the gym atmosphere has been awesome lately! Never forget how important having the right training partners/group is. Bringing in the wrong guy to a training group can literally mess the entire group up and be terrible. This is a lesson I have had to learn the hard way. This is also one of the many topics I cover in my ebook so make sure you get a copy if you haven't already!
