It’s funny, right?

We walk into a room full of opportunity, new ideas, growth, connection and somehow… we still head straight for the back.

Just like high school.

We play it safe.
We try not to be seen.
We shrink, just a little.

The front row is never just about proximity.
It’s about presence.
It’s about showing up fully, even when it feels a little uncomfortable.

Because when you take the front seat (literally or metaphorically) you give yourself permission to be seen.
And that? That’s where the growth lives.

Next time you walk into a room, a challenge, a conversation…
Ask yourself:
Am I sitting in the back because it’s easieror am I ready to lean into the front row of my life?
