## Caption

We tend to celebrate the leaps.
The breakthroughs.
The “look how far I’ve come” moments.

But most progress doesn’t look like a leap.
It looks like a quiet walk.
One foot in front of the other.
On days when no one’s watching.
In seasons that feel slow, subtle, or stuck.

And that’s not failure.
That’s the work.

Consistency doesn’t always feel like winning.
But it is winning.
Because momentum isn't always fast,
it's forward.
