Thankful for the opportunity to speak to the incredible team at westmonthospitality and be part of their journey toward excellence. The group at Westmont truly embodies excellence, and I was honored to help them find additional small ways to bring everyday excellence to their teams and hotels across North America.

Walking through their newly renovated hotel, I felt a warm, modern atmosphere that truly felt like home. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the inviting spaces to the thoughtful amenities. Our breakfast bar featured fresh pressed juices, and it was clear that Westmont goes above and beyond to make the team feel united. A special highlight was the custom-designed shoes for each attendee, showcasing their commitment to making everyone feel valued as one cohesive team.

It was truly inspiring to explore what it means to lead with purpose, push beyond limits, and commit to continuous growth. Leadership isn’t just about reaching goals; it’s about setting a standard of excellence that pushes us to show up, take action, and create lasting impact.

Thank you, Westmont Hospitality, for your commitment to this journey and for allowing me to be part of it.

I want to send a big thank you to Heather Leitner, Salim Mukadam & Rich Taylor for organizing such a fantastic event!
