As I reflect on the past month, I’m grateful for the time I’ve had to rest and soak up precious moments with my family. This time has reignited a new fire within me—one that’s ready to blaze through the next three months and finish the year strong.

Starting this week, I’ll be hitting the road for speaking events every week for the next 8 weeks, spending at least 2 days away from my little baby each week (And I’ll miss Blake too of course but he doesn’t grow as quickly ☺️) 

I know it will be hard, but I absolutely love my work, and I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I do. My passion lies in helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential, and this journey is what makes me, me.

Yes, I’ll be checking the baby cam while Everleigh sleeps, and yes, I’ll miss her deeply. But I also know that each time I return home, I’ll be even more energized and fulfilled by the impact I’m making on the road.

I have big goals and even bigger ambitions. The difference between dreaming big and achieving big? Commitment to ACTION. 

I’m ready to take massive action over the next few months—embracing the early 5am starts to squeeze some work in before Everleigh wakes up, the long travel days, the client calls, and even the less glamorous tasks—to make a greater impact in my speaking and in the lives of the audiences I meet.

So, I challenge you: Look at your ambitions. Are you taking the actions that will get you there? Your desired life is within your reach and in your control. Let’s make it happen! 💪💕
