Earlier this week we celebrated all the hard work of the latest DOW Impact Leadership cohort with our Celebrate Impact Day event! 

Everyone showed up with their inspirational leadership story, and participants and the invited guests were all given a chance to connect and recognize each other’s strengths. 

I am so grateful to have led such an incredible group of leaders through this program, and though I’m sad to say goodbye to this latest group, I know they will continue to inspire the people in their personal and professional lives. 

In one of the participant’s storis, a line that stuck with me was “you never know who is watching”.

This was such a great reminder that your words, energy, and actions might leave a lasting impact on someone!

This is your friendly reminder to show up as the best version of yourself because you never know who’s watching! 

Thank you again to the incredible program participants who made leading this program such a fulfilling experience. Thank you for trusting me, and for allowing me to be a small part of your leadership journey!
