Have you ever been in a conversation that you're enjoying so much that you forget you have to say something at the end? That was me for the entire #Evolve2021 Conference last week. We had some incredible speakers, panelists, and student speeches. Honestly it was mind blowing!

Our executive panel including Win, Carmen, Leanne & Dev talked about how important it is to take a step back to take a step forward, each of them sharing stories of their career journey that left us inspired to be brave to go after what inspires us, and let go of what doesn't.

On day 2, our panel of Olympians offered some vulnerable stories that taught us the importance of mental health and prioritizing self care. Thanks for sharing kevinrempel sarahdouglas_ nwright021 & kimhyacinthe

Then it was time for our student workshops and speeches, and my jaw was on the floor the whole time!! These students not only shared incredible insights but crafted the content like they were pros. We spoke about following your curiosity, believing in yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone, unconscious bias and how to be aware of it, and even a workshop about coding!

I want to say thank you to the 1500 student registrants who made this a success, the believeinitiative Conference Committee that helped pull it off, and em.miles who is the reason everything runs smoothly.

This BelieveInitiative community keeps growing and we can't wait to see where this goes :)
