💥FREE RESILIENCE WORKSHOP 💥
Last week when news broke about schools cancelling and a whole batch of unforeseen obstacles started showing up, I asked how I could help. Nearly a 100 of you said a resilience workshop. SOoOo in 7 days on March 25th at 10AM and 1PM EST I am going to be hosting a free online-workshop about how we can adopt a resilient mindset. •
You can register using the link in my bio, OR you can go to www.resilience-inc.com. Once you sign up we will send you the video invite link. 😁
•
Everyone is invited!! Students, parents, teachers, everyone - We will make sure it is relevant for each of you.
•
Full disclosure, I don’t have all the answers. Times are really tough right now and it’s a reality we’re all facing. I can’t say that what I recommend will solve all your problems, but what I do know, is that regardless of how much our hands feel tied and it feels like we’ve lost all control, we always have a choice in the mindset we adopt when facing our next challenge. Using my experience as an Olympic athlete along with what I have learned from teaching resilience to over 100,000 students through the Believe Initiative, I will do everything I can to help equip you with resources to get through this time.
•
Looking forward to seeing you all next week! Please share this and spread the message far and wide!! Can’t wait to see you all next week! 👩‍💻😃🌎
