Less than two weeks left for me to finish my goal of 10,000 kettle bell swings in November!
•
Honestly, it’s actually been harder than I expected. For the first week, it was impossible to sit down or get up stairs - the soreness was real! 😵 There were days I didn’t want to do it, and moments where I gave up because the kettle bell started feeling so heavy, I felt like I couldn’t keep holding on. And while those moments were tough, this has also been such an awesome challenge to take on! It’s been a great test for me to stay true to the goal, to be reminded that consistent action all adds up. It’s easy to let life get in the way of the consistent habits we want to make but remember that even the biggest and craziest goals can be accomplished by taking small steps towards them everyday. •
Any guesses for what my total is at right now?
