Being a part of the Big Brothers and Big Sisters event last week, was such an incredibly uplifting experience as they launched their new logo and set out create a less lonely Toronto. Big Brother Big Sister ambassadors like myself, sat in chair and talked and listened to strangers. We asked non small-talk questions like, “What is one thing you hope to achieve by the end of your life?” Or “Who did you idolize as a kid and why?” It was such an awesome way of expanding the message and bringing awareness to its revitalized Toronto-based program!

Big Brothers and Big Sisters does so much good for youth, by pairing adults with children, who are in need of additional adult support. As they look to expand their program in Toronto, there are over 380 Littles looking for a Big! Do you know anyone who would be a great role model for a young person in the GTA?
