Meditation is hard for some people because it means turning off the noise — the noise from TV, phones and computers, the noise of peer influence, the noise of could haves/would haves/should haves, the noise of obligations and responsibilities — all to sit with your self and hang out with your soul.
Meditation is a way of paying attention and discovering where you are mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually so you can empower yourself and move forward more positively and intentionally.

If you would like to meditate in a group setting with others who also want to get still, discover and empower themselves, join us at The Modern Apothecary for our ongoing meditation classes.
