There have been very few times since 2018 and 2 ACL’s ago, that I have gone to a track and actually felt comfortable enough to ride hard for more than just the sections I like, much less full laps. Today was one of those days. My knee is feeling better than it has in 5 years and I’m getting more confident every time I’m on the bike. #dirtbikesarerad
