🌈 Rainbow gelatin dig 🌈 Save this activity created by celenakinsey and try it out on St. Patrick's Day! There are so many opportunities for open-ended play with this sensory setup!

🌈 Use a muffin pan to make rainbow-colored plain gelatin. Then hide coins and pom poms in there.

🌈 After it sets, add clouds and pots for your little ones to rescue the gold and pom poms from the rainbow and sort them!

As you play, ask your little one's questions:
 - What colors do you see?
 - How many coins are there?
 - Can you count the pom poms?
 - When do we see rainbows?

 Play Ideas:
 1. Sort coins vs. pom poms.
 2. Work on counting- each pot could have a number, and kids have to fill it with the correct numbered gold coins.
 3. Color match the pom poms to the correctly colored rainbow circle.
