Bring the outdoor fun inside for this Taste Safe Sensory Bin! This is a great gardening activity to get kids excited about planting and harvesting! 🥦🌽

Here is how celenakinsey put it together:
1. Fill a bin with moon dough (cooked flour, vegetable oil and cocoa powder)

2. Add fruits and veggies (I used our set from learningresources farmer’s market color sorting baskets)

3. Fill another bin with water and add a veggie brush (mine is from the dollartree )

4. If you want, add baskets for color sorting practice (mine came as a set from learningresources and we LOVE this toy).

5. Have kids plant, wash and sort their harvest and discuss plant care!

If you want to forgo moon dough you can do this with actual soil too but just make sure it’s a safe soil for kids to use! Or just use backyard dirt.
