Hard to beat a Dino Parade!
Thanks for sharing dryshampoo.caffein8.repeat ・・・
The spring like weather has come and gone, so we are back to some more indoor fun. 🌧
We got out our dinosaur counters from learningresources (not sponsored, just love these) and had a little rainbow fun. This was an amazing activity for my 4.5 year old.
First we sorted the dinosaurs by kind, then we lined them up in pairs by color and lastly we repeated the pattern with all the types of dinosaurs. 🌈
If my 2.5 year old wants to play too, I’ll divide the dinosaurs between the two kids. They each get three. Sometimes I divide by color and other times by type. We use our squeezy tweezers to move them from bowl to bowl, or from side to side... I’ve also taken large sheets of paper and used my sharpies to draw shapes in different colors. This gives a new dimension and you can give your kid ‘tasks’. “Put a green dinosaur in a triangle.” 101 possibilities to build age appropriate and developmentally appropriate fun. 🤩
