Rosie is full of confidence, energy and endurance. But if you asked her before she joined Behemoth last August, she would not have thought it possible to feel and be where she is today. 

Before, she was on medications, wanted to lose weight, and did not feel healthy. Now, after dedicating time to herself, a whole lot of determination, and consistent communication between herself and her coaches, she is 25 pounds lighter and even off medications. ⚡

In her words, “If you truly want to make a healthier change, do it for you and no one else.” 🤍
