Where are you focusing your time, money and attention? Are you content with these investments? Are you happy with their returns? 

Roland has always invested in his physical fitness. But he didn't always invest the time necessary to receive the returns he was seeking. He does now. 

Roland gave some of his time (cost) toward the investment of health and his return is high. He feels great, he is accountable and has solid habits in place. Not only that, his family is on board and together they're making choices that will only increase their returns as time continues. 

What are you willing to invest? Maybe you're willing to invest the cost of staying stuck, but are you happy with the return you receive from that investment? 

If you're ready to make an investment on yourself like Roland did, it may feel uncomfortable. That's risk. However, the payout from responsible risk is high. ⚡️
