What if it’s really that simple? Roland finds his personal success by repeating a few steps, over and over again. 

He’s always been an active guy, but he used to find himself reaching a goal, letting go of his momentum and walking back the way he came. 

He found Behemoth and found outside accountability to keep him on track and to provide the confidence and inspiration to keep moving forward. 

His small steps are simple, yet profound. 

✅ He keeps a consistent routine.

✅ He relies on his coaches to keep an eye on him, to provide him insight and the help he needs to continue forward on his chosen fitness path. 

 ✅ He keeps investing his time into what he feels passion for. Invested time = longterm payouts. 

It’s not difficult. It does require dedication. It’s not complicated. It does require discipline. It’s not time-intensive. It does require determination. 

If you’re wavering at a crossroads, if a dream or desire quietly keeps calling you but you keep pushing it down, dare to take those first few steps. 

You don’t know where you’ll end up by taking those steps, and that might be what scares you. 

But staying in the same place also scares you. 

One way or the other, you chose the fear you’re willing to face. 

Roland, our February #IAM, decided the same place wasn’t good enough for him. 

And he’s reaping the benefits. He’s inspired his children to join him on his fitness journey. Talk about a father’s pride: family by your side, does it get any better than that? 

You can take a few steps. You can repeat those steps. One foot, then the other. 

Until you find yourself living the life that’s been calling you for such a long time. 🔥
