## Caption

In celebration of Black History Month, Pamela Singleton, a Real Estate Escrow Closing Agent at VyStar Title Agency, finds inspiration in Eartha MM White and Clara White, remarkable individuals who faced challenges in early Jacksonville. They spearheaded positive housing development, creating the first of its kind for the African American community in the country. Eartha's legacy includes substantial donations to local projects, impacting lives through her businesses. Let's honor their contributions during Black History Month! #BlackHistoryMonth #CommunityTrailblazers #withVyStar
