Plant Based 🌱 | Gluten free 🌾🚫 (this makes a medium size pie with approx 6 portions) πŸ’› Ingredients: 500g of mushrooms One tin of white beans Big table spoon of miso Tsp of thyme Tsp rosemary 2 garlic cloves One brown onion Tsp cornflour Half a bag of Kale or spinach Salt and pepper to taste - I recommend white pepper for this one Equivalent to around 5-6 large potatoes (mashed) 400 ml veg stock πŸ’› Method: Soften the onions with little oil or butter, once soft add the garlic and cook for few mins. Then add your mushrooms, herbs, salt, pepper and miso, cook until soft Add your veg stock and beans Add your kale or spinach Add cornflour and simmer for 10-15 mins until desired thickness Add to an oven proof dish, top with mash spuds and cook for 40 mins until golden brown. I really mean it when I say this one is SO GOOD! 😍 Let me know if you try! πŸ’› #recipeoftheday #plantbased #eatmoreplants #vegetarianrecipes #vegetarianfood #veggie #mushroomrecipes #miso #delicious #networkingfoodies #foodiesofinstagram #foodiesofinsta #foodiesofinsta #instareels #viral #foodporn #foodie #recipeideas #recipesharing #recipehub #recipereels #veganrecipe #vegan #simplereceipe #happy ## Stats - **Views:** 0 - **Likes:** 221 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 43 ## Credits No public credits are recorded here.
