Boost your immune system for less! 🧡

The weather is about to get seriously cold! Help your immune system along with these homemade ginger, turmeric and orange shots! So easy to make and a tiny fraction of the price you pay in store! 🍊

🧡 Simply blend:
One orange (blood oranges are higher in nutrients if you can get them and better for a sweeter taste)
Big chunk of peeled ginger
A few chunks of turmeric or tbl spoon of powdered 
And around ¼ pint of water (or coconut water) 

Blend and enjoy 🥰

Sieving through actually gets rid of a lot of nutrients so I recommend to having it is, however if that’s not palatable for you the juice will definitely give you that immune boosting kick too!
