Tray bake - total cost £5.65 😍

Spicy BBQ chicken with sweet potato, red onion and tender-stem broccoli.

I got this recipe from bbcgoodfood and it was delicious! Carlo in fact, said it was “stunning.”

All the ingredients came up to just £5.65 in tescofood too, so that’s £5.65 to feed a family of 4, crackin! 😃

You ingredients:
Bag of or 3 large sweet potato
Tender stem broccoli
nandosuk bbq spice mix
Chicken thighs
Red onion
(Added olive oil and chilli from out the cupboard)
Check out the recipe from the bbcgoodfood website - highly recommend!
