Homemade (plant based) Indian Fakeaway for two 🌱

🥘 Roasted sweet potato & spinach Dhal
🥘 Chickpea & Aubergine masala 
🫓 Homemade garlic & herb flatbreads 
🍚 Brown rice 

I’ve been dying to get back in the kitchen after this weekend and I ended up spending all afternoon there 😄.

For the flatbreads I used a simple jamieoliver recipe from his website which was great! I made it plant based by using Alpro yoghurt instead of dairy. 

Both of these curries turned out so good! I’ll post the recipe to my stories/highlights this week if anyones interested! 😃❤️
