(There’s only two of us, yolo!) - Roll out onto a lined baking tray, fold the edges in slightly... πŸ’œ The filling: - Blanch the broccoli. - Make a really quick blue cheese sauce with Stilton, butter, flour, dash of milk, nutmeg and pepper. (Or however you like to doooo.) - Thin layer of mustard on the pastry before filling - Mix the broccoli with the sauce and spread evenly on the tart - Place random bits of spinach in and around the broccoli - Add a few extra chunks of Stilton on top if you’re feeling mischievous πŸ’œ The Cooking: - Bake for 30 mins on 200 (fan) - After 25 mins toast your cashews in the oven for a few mins, then chop - Once the tart is done, whack a bit of balsamic glaze and chopped cashews on top and enjoy! I served mine with beetroot salad as I think beets and cheese are best pals! - What was on your lunch menu today? #foodshare #bluecheese #stilton #stiltonrecipes #foodblogger #foodbloggers #foodinspo #foodie #networkingfoodies #discoverunder5k #discoverunder10k #bloggersofinstagram #lunchideas #lunchtime #foodporn #foodpornshare #foodiesunite #foodlover #foodfeed #foodiesofinstagram #delicious #yummyfood #cheeselover #getinmybelly #foodiesofinsta #happyeating #happyblogger #lunchideas #food #foodideas ## Stats - **Views:** 0 - **Likes:** 183 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 65 ## Tags foodfeed, delicious, happyblogger, discoverunder5k, foodshare, networkingfoodies, getinmybelly, bloggersofinstagram, bluecheese, stiltonrecipes, foodpornshare, foodporn, foodie, foodiesofinstagram, stilton, foodiesunite, discoverunder10k, lunchtime, foodinspo, cheeselover, foodideas, foodlover, foodbloggers, foodiesofinsta, food, yummyfood, happyeating, foodblogger, lunchideas --- Copyright (c) Gondola
