I love to Pimp our leftovers...

💛 Today I turned the BBQ Jackfruit from two days ago into a jackfruit chilli by adding chopped tomato’s, cumin, more lime, chilli powder and cayenne. I also roasted a whole red bell pepper to fill with said chilli 😋

💛 Accompanied by the delicious Avo salsa I keep banging on about:
- Chopped avo, lime juice, feta & coriander 
...Green salad, corn on the cob, nachos & salsa.

This was incredibly healthy and so delicious and filling!
