Schezwan potatoes 🌶🥔

I had lots of requests for dishes of the oriental variety when I did my little poll. I remember having this dish at a Chinese restaurant a few years back and loved it so I tried to create my own version and it turned out delicious!! 😍

Slice your spuds thinly, and deep fry for around 10 minutes. In a wok or frying pan heat up some sesame oil, add ginger, garlic, soy and chopped chillis, a big tbl spoon of Chinese chilli oil, a glug of soy sauce and tsp of brown sugar. Add the potatoes to the pan and mix/cook well.

It might not be the most healthy dish but it’s so damn tasty! 😍

I think I may experiment more with oriental cooking 😋
