Banana pancakes with melted lotusbiscoffuk & raspberries 🥞

💡 I added an extra pinch of baking powder to fluff them up and it really worked.

2 x mashed up medium bananas
1/4 tsp of baking powder
Drop of vanilla extract
3 eggs
- fry on quite a high heat, flip to taste (I like mine a little burnt)

 - What is your favourite pancake topping? 😋
