Now open: Margaret Honda in our Forum gallery. Honda created a new sculpture inspired by a frog-like figure from a Renaissance painting by Bramantino. It will be on view until January 2020.
.
Keep an eye out for upcoming programs:
In October, we welcome Kim Beck, Assoc. Professor of Art at carnegiemellon to lead a $10 drawing workshop inspired by the sculpture. In early December, we'll host Frogs: A Conversational Dissection, a free event featuring Jennifer Sheridan, Curator of Amphibians and Reptiles at carnegiemnh and Christopher Nygren, Assist. Professor and Director of Medieval and Renaissance Studies at pittofficial.
