Preparing for her contribution to thecmoa 57th #CarnegieInternational, opening in October 2018, exhibition-maker #KoyoKouoh tours our museum and Pittsburgh. In collaboration with #UniversityofPittsburgh art historians, Koyo’s project #DigWhereYouStand will create an exhibition-within-in-an-exhibition drawing from the #CMOA collection. Kouoh is the founding artistic director of #RAWMaterialCompany (rawgram2011), a center for art, knowledge, and society in #Dakar, #Senegal. •
Follow along tomorrow as #UniversityofPittsburgh art historians Paula Kupfer (stellamaris87), left, and Emi Finkelstein (emi_eff), right, take over our this feed and #Snapchat (cmoasnap) to document a day of visits with Kouoh to various #Pittsburgh sites. •
