## Caption

enchilada stuffed peppers with cheddar & jalapeños | easy, delicious & so versatile! 

•slice bell peppers down the middle & remove membrane
•drizzle olive oil over peppers & sprinkle a dash of garlic herb seasoning 
•air fry at 400 for 5min
•remove peppers 
•fill peppers with ground turkey browned with sietefoods taco seasoning, generous amount of grated cheddar, jalapeños & a tbsp of red enchilada sauce
•place back in air fryer & cook at 400 an additional 4-5min or until cheese is melted
