## Caption

This incredibly popular appetizer is one of the reasons people visit Julian Serrano Tapas inside Aria Resort Las Vegas. Giant, extra sweet dates are stuffed with an herbaceous goat cheese, wrapped in bacon and then fried until crispy. Each date rests in a nest of apple purée under a drizzle of balsamic reduction. #vegas #lasvegas #stuffeddates #vegasfood #arialasvegas #julianserrano #wheretoeatinvegas #wheretogoinvegas #vegasstrip #vegasvacation #vegasplanning #vegasexperience #vegasstarfish #lipsmackingfoodietours
