## Caption

This gorgeous beverage is delightfully deceptive. It tastes like a mixed drink but in reality is vodka that has been allowed to infuse with a medley of berries and a touch of vanilla. The fruit and vodka blend flavors until all of the bite from the alcohol is removed and you’re left with an incredibly smooth, delicately sweet and bright flavor that is almost too easy to drink. This cocktail is called the Berry Infusion and is available at Todd English’s Olives inside Virgin Hotels.
