Tyler, an active member of Spectrum, our LGBTQ+ associate resource group, shares how he is supported in his passion for inclusion and diversity. “Baird’s Associate Resources Groups allow all associates to unite under a common interest, allowing myself and others to break beyond barriers and form authentic connections you wouldn’t expect in a corporate setting.” On #NationalComingOutDay and every day, Baird celebrates our LGBTQ+ associates and allies.
