Start the week off strong with the Pamplemousse Mock-mosa. If you are a tea lover, you will love this take on a fresh non-alcoholic mimosa! Chamomile, sweet honey, and grapefruit meet LaCroix’s Pamplemousse for a divine intervention of flavors!

Pamplemousse Mock-mosa (Makes 1)
Chamomile Tea Concentrate
◻️ 2 chamomile tea bags
◻️ 1/2 cup hot water
◻️ 1 tbsp honey
Pamplemousse Mock-mosa
◻️ 1/2 cup LaCroix Pamplemousse
◻️ 1/2 oz chamomile tea concentrate
◻️ 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
◻️ Grapefruit slice, for garnish
◻️ Chamomile flowers, for garnish

1. Prepare the chamomile tea concentrate. Add tea bags and hot water to a mug. Steep for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags.
2. Add honey and stir. Chill.
3. Add LaCroix Pamplemousse, 1/2 oz of the chamomile tea concentrate and grapefruit juice to a champagne flute. 
4. If desired, garnish with a grapefruit slice and chamomile  flowers.
