Fish recipe:
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 rockfish or halibut filets
- 4 tbsp seafood rub of your choice (plus 2 additional tbsp)
- juice of 1 lemon
-1/2 stick butter, melted
- parsley (optional)

To make:
1️ Season fish with seafood rub
2️ Cook fish in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
3️ Finish fish with melted butter, lemon juice, more seasoning and parsley. Serve with cocacola and enjoy!
