Summer is here and it’s time to DANCE! Moving my body outside with such an amazing community is the bliss my heart craved after such strange times. 

This teal dream of a carbon38 set was so perfect for the occasion 💎. This is C38’s Diamond Compression collection. It felt so smooth and comfortable to move in - pretty much felt like a hug all over. Between changing teaching schedules, trying more in-person exercises and eating out more as my favorites reopen, I really need comfortable gear as my body reacts to these lifestyle changes. I’m sure we all do as we come out of our quarantine way of life. I’m wearing a medium in both top and bottom - both felt supportive with room to stretch!
