🖤 Sunday is rest day. PERIOD.
I've always dismissed this day bc I'm not a professional athlete and I feel like I'm in constant rest working 9-5.
But here's what changed my mind:

You've heard how even a 15-minute workout makes a difference? Those quick workouts DO yield results. And so opting out of those 15-mins after a week of so much - cardio, HIIT, yoga, work, life, pandemic, elections - makes a difference 🤗

If I don't rest, my body will do it for me 🙃. Fatigue, light-headedness, injuries - she speaks quite loudly. 😳

So if you're reading this and you've had one hell of a week, REST. 😊
